The Swedish health minister, Lena Hallengren, has opined that there must be an international investigation "to conduct to gain knowledge about the origin and spread of the coronavirus," reported the South China Morning Post. Hallengren has mentioned its foundation on a universal welfare state's health care system. This is an understandble point of view, a classic one, from the coordinated market economies (CME) as stated on Varieties of Capitalism (VoC). The Swedish government doesn't mention anything about "herd immunty", but instead saying that they're using "similar tools" as others, while choosing the most practical options.

The political pressure has gained more and more momentum putting more weight on Beijing ranged from this Swedish request to Australia, to UK, not to mention the US Secretary of the State, Mike Pompeo.

There were two official warning cables from the US Embassy in Beijing two years ago on January 2018 regarding an inadequate safety at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV). A conduct of the pandemic tabletop exercise, Clade X, had happended in the same year on May 15. The workshop was participated by senior individuals in policy circle. The P3 program has heavily played a critical role to build a preparedness platform in a coming of vaccines such as Moderna's mRNA-1273, therapeutic antibody platform by Eli Lilly and AbCellera, Therapeutic Antibodies (Monoclonal antibody, mAbs) platform by AstraZenaca, and also CRISPR-Cas13 diagnotic testkit by Sherlock.

Comparable programs can be the Oslo-based Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) and the Platform for European Preparedness Against Re-Emerging Epidemics (PREPARE), the first focuses more on vaccine research while the latter has more versatile objectives.

We don't realy know what's going on with a suspicion on a viral research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. There were serious attempts to censor a whistleblower such as Dr Li Wenliang, not including many disinformations instead of making open investigation to the public.

A research by Kristian G Andersen et al, "The proximal origin of SARS-CoV-2" has rejected any evidence in viral manipulation and suggests a similarity of around 96% between SARS-CoV-2 and RaTG13 from Rhinolophus affinis bat, therefore he suggests a mutation host on a pangolins before transmitting into a human-being. A suspicion is going on, the 4% gap is too huge for single mutation in animal passage. The mutation should happen with some pathogen similar to SARS-CoV-2 more than the RaTG13. A missing link is curiously disappered together with some suspicious missing of Huang Yanling, a researcher at the WIV.

The Russian TASS has made a ridiculous press release saying that "Naturally, we cannot ignore the fact that the Americans are developing an infrastructure with hazardous biological potential in the direct proximity to the Russian borders," by Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova. It is funny in the sense that the Stepnogorsk Scientific and Technical Institute for Microbiology is the only Biopreparet facility be built outside of Russian border. There is a report that the US has provided funding to support a research there. But in a meantime, the WIV has also accepted a funding by the US from "The PREDICT program, started in 2009, spent $200 million over 10 years".

Is China also on the Russian border? The answer is absolutely "Yes".
